Legal proceedings can be instigated where there is a reasonable opportunity for loss recovery and/or compensation for any injuries suffered.

The first step in our process is the appointment of a dedicated claims handler, who will work with you to ensure speedy and effective recovery. Our claims handlers will always have access to up-to-date management information and be able to report in real time on the position of any given claim.

This service offers you fully underwritten Motor Legal Expenses Insurance providing up to £100,000 limit of indemnity. In the event of a dispute in liability, it is always our policy to attempt to reach a negotiated settlement and litigation is a measure of last resort.

If the accident has been identified as non-fault, we can arrange for a suitable replacement vehicle. We can arrange for the vehicle to be delivered to an agreed location and time at no cost to our client. This vehicle can be supplied for the duration of the repair. The hire costs will be recovered for the client as part of the claim.
