Opus Claim Solutions provide a pro-active and cost-effective third party claims management service to fleet operators, central government departments and blue-chip organisations.

The service provides full administration and settlement in respect of vehicle damage, property and personal injury claims and the pro-active management of repairs and any associated medical rehabilitation.
Quick & Efficient
Our dedicated claims handlers will fully assess each claim to determine liability. Where we consider our client’s driver to be at fault the claim will be immediately directed to the third party claims capture team.

The Opus team will endeavour to contact by telephone all innocent third parties within 15 minutes of the notification of loss, or by letter/email within 24 hours. This will ensure the third party receives immediate and clear communication in order to contain and to best manage all aspects of their claim. The immediacy of this action brings savings for our clients by mitigating costs and is instrumental in protecting their reputation. Claims are constantly reviewed to ensure that adequate reserves are in place.

Opus can manage the entire process from initial notification of loss, including the arrangement of vehicle inspection and authorisation of repairs. Opus will provide accurate management information and updates with respect to the progress of any given claim.
Replacement Vehicle Hire
Opus can organise a low cost yet appropriate replacement vehicle which will be supplied for the monitored duration of the repair. This will be delivered to an agreed location and time at no cost to the third party.
Cost Controlled and Expert Service
Opus will manage the settlement of the claim in the most cost-effective manner. All third party claims are scrutinised and inspected by our experts to ensure that the third party has satisfied their obligation to mitigate their losses.

All third party claims are validated and verified for accuracy and, where appropriate, negotiated to reduce the settlement. We have access to dedicated and specialist intelligence databases, enabling our team to identify, manage and evidence potential fraud such as staged third-party accidents, false passenger claims, fictitious vehicle hire charges and repair estimates.
