From our Midlands offices the Opus team manage a client portfolio in excess of 50,000 vehicles whilst having an average success rate of recovering client losses in excess of 95%. We believe in delivering a first class service to all our clients, providing them with a level of management information which enables them to operate their motor fleet effectively. Opus Claim Solutions are regulated by the Ministry of Justice in respect of regulated claims management activities. Under the Compensation Act 2006 we are authorised to provide claims management in respect of personal injury. The company registration details are recorded at the website www.claimsregulation.gov.uk under our Ministry of Justice Claims Regulation number CRM4151.

We operate a Quality Management System which is audited to meet ISO9001: 2000 compliance. We are also authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority under reference number 481385.
